Introduction :

Acceptance of terms when accessing or registering on the portal.
Legal entity that owns/operates the biomass portal.

Eligibility & Registration :

→ Users must provide accurate information while signing up.
→ Portal may restrict/deny access if false or incomplete details are given.
→ Age or legal capacity requirements (e.g., must be 18+).

User Obligations :

→ Use the portal only for lawful purposes related to biomass trading, information sharing, or networking.
→ No posting of misleading data, counterfeit biomass products, or fraudulent listings.
→ Responsibility to maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

Supplier / Supplier Terms :

→ Suppliers must ensure biomass (husk, etc...) meet agreed quality standards.
→ Obligation to provide correct specifications and delivery timelines.
→ Portal not liable for quality/quantity disputes.

Buyer Terms :

→ Buyers responsible for verifying supplier details before finalizing purchase.
→ Payment terms to be agreed between buyer & supplier.
→ No false claims or chargebacks without valid proof.

Portal Role & Disclaimer :

→ Portal acts as a digital marketplace / aggregator - not the actual buyer or supplier (unless otherwise stated).
→ Limited liability: Portal not responsible for disputes, logistics delays, quality issues, or losses.
→ Provides platform "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

Payments & Fees :

→ Any listing fees, subscription charges, commission, or service fees explained transparently.

Prohibited Activities :

→ Posting fake tenders, duplicate listings, or misleading advertisements.
→ Spamming, hacking, or unauthorized data scraping.
→ Violating IP rights or copying portal content.

Intellectual Property :

→ All logos, designs, text, and data on the portal remain property of the company.
→ Users cannot reproduce, resell, or misuse portal content.

Privacy & Data Protection :

→ How user data (contact info, trade history, analytics) is collected, stored, and used.
→ Jurisdiction: disputes subject to laws of India subject to Rajkot Jurisdiction only.

Termination :

→ Portal reserves right to suspend or ban accounts for violating T&C.
→ Users may terminate account by providing written notice.

Amendments :

→ Portal can update terms periodically; continued usage = acceptance.
